2015 National Workshop on Comparative Test Held in Ningbo

CCA held the 1st session of 2015 National Workshop of Consumer Associations on Comparative Testing in Ningbo, Zhejiang on April 1st and 2nd in accordance with the spirits of the 1st Session of the 5th CCA Council Meeting and for the purpose of achieving unified understanding, integrating national resources and creating synergy. Li Yuanguang, Deputy Secretary-General of CCA, and Lin Hong, Deputy Director-General of Ningbo Municipal Administration on Market Supervision, attended the workshop and delivered their speeches. Li remarked that consumer associations nationwide must carry out their work based on the findings of comparative testing. Firstly, they shall develop the work of comparative testing as a unique brand feature of consumers association. Secondly, they shall guide consumers to spend scientifically and rationally using the findings of comparative testing. Thirdly, they shall make rational use of the data of comparative testing to promote regulated development of industrial enterprises. Fourthly, they shall make coordinated operation of comparative testing as a routine mechanism for consumers association across the board.

A total of 43 representatives from 17 consumer associations or councils at provincial or municipal level in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Sichuan, Gansu, Henan, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Chengdu attended the workshop.
